At Creative Panda Creature, we carefully handcraft every piece just for you! We ship worldwide and want your order to arrive safely and on time. Please see the details below.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

Czech Republic: 3–5 business days
European Union: 7–14 business days
International (non-EU): 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Handmade, custom, or high-volume orders may require additional production time. If this occurs, we will inform you.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered outside the Czech Republic, you may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Who Bears the Risk

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the risk passes to the buyer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

Risk of Loss

For consumers within the European Union, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

If you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us, the risk passes upon handover to that carrier.

For business customers, the risk passes upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Tracking & Carrier Information

Tracking is available for most orders. After your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and carrier information so you can follow your order’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us without undue delay and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you.

  • Delivery times for custom items may be longer (mentioned on the product page).

  • While custom items cannot generally be returned for a refund, we will happily correct or remake any defective or incorrectly produced item.

Digital Products (if applicable)

Digital products (such as downloadable crochet patterns) are delivered electronically.

By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has been granted.

Refunds are not available for digital products unless the content is defective or not as described.
